Another main point that the article makes is that by the Negro citizens of Montgomery, Alabama working to gain justice on the buses of their community, they are not going against any laws or breaking down any barriers. Like MLK states, if the Negro citizens are wrong by trying to gain justice in the bus systems, the Supreme Court of the nation, the Constitution of the United States, and GOD Almighty are all wrong because they state that all individuals are to be treated equal and all citizens should have the same rights.

Three main points of the article MIA Mass Meeting at Holst Street Baptist Church has a few strong main points. One of the main points that was discussed in this article by Martin Luther King Jr. is that one of the finest citizens on Montgomery, Alabama, Rosa Parks, was arrested based solely on the fact that she would not give up her seat for a white person. There was clear ordinance or law that gave Negroes reserved sections of the bus, therefore, she was not really breaking any rules. Being a citizen, a fine one or not, should give you the same rights as all of the other citizens, regardless of race. Parks was not treated fairly or justly in the matter, and in my opinion, should not have been arrested for what she had done. I would have done the same thing if I were in her position.
